Ron Swanson Makes a Turkey Burger

Nick Offerman plays Ron Swanson on Parks & Recreation on NBC. A couple of weeks ago, the Ron Swanson character described a turkey burger as fried turkey leg inside a grilled hamburger. Well, Nick Offerman actually made and ate a Ron Swanson Turkey Burger on Jimmy Fallon. Here is the link to the video. (Spoiler Alert: He cuts it in half with a saw)

A Real Turkey Burger

In a follow up to yesterdays post about Parks and Recreation, someone has actually made a Ron Swanson Turkey Burger (a fried turkey leg inside a grilled hamburger). This is obviously the correct way to make a turkey burger. Here is the link. They even include a recipe if you happen to have a turkey leg and 5 lbs of ground beef just laying around.
